Brianna was seen receiving her apron after defeating another home cook named Georgia in her battle for an apron.

Episode 3

Brianna was not seen during the Ingredients from Home Mystery Box. She was one of the 9 contestants that did not receive an apple from Dan, meaning she had to compete in the Apple Pie Elimination Challenge. During the challenge, she revealed she was making her mom's apple pie, which contained Honeycrisp and Granny Smith apples. She said she was also using mint and some fresh ginger.

Brianna was the last contestant to have her apple pie tasted. Christina immediately commended her for her lattice work, saying it was beautiful. However, she picked up the pie and poured it out on the plate, saying it very watery. Nick turned to Tommy, telling him that "She's outta here". Christina told her it was like apple soup, and she just crashed to the bottom. She enjoyed the tartness of the apples, but felt there was a lack of depth of flavor, and the liquid made the pie hard to eat. Christina told her two were going home, and hoped she wasn't one of them. After going back to her station, Brianna hoped her simple mistakes wouldn't send her home.

Brianna was named as the first contestant to be in the Bottom 3, with Mateo as the second and Olivia as the third. After Mateo was sent home, the judges called Olivia forward, only to send her back to her station. Thus, Brianna was the second contestant eliminated that night, due to her clumsy pie that was full of liquid. Gordon told her she cooked with heart and passion, but her pie wasn't her best performance. She was disappointed to leave so soon, but was happy that she would get to see her kids and starting her actual career and knew she would succeed in the culinary world.
