Biography[]
Retrieved from 10play.com.au
Craig Young was passionate about two things: music and food. Having already achieved one dream of becoming a professional musician, who played with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, it was time to take a new path to achieve his food dream.
"Desserts are my passion. I think the thing I love about desserts is the reaction I get from most people when they eat them. To me, it’s the finale of the meal. A lot of the techniques, pastry, and anything to do with eggs or egg whites, this is what I do."
He cooked his way through the competition, making delicious, musical themed dishes.[1]
Post MasterChef[]
- After MasterChef, he continues to be a musician but continues to cook for his family.
Trivia[]
