Danielle Dixon entered the MasterChef kitchen at the age of 29 to chase her dream of becoming a great chef.
"I manage my family auto-repairs business in Brisbane, but I really want to become a qualified chef. I describe myself as a bit rockabilly, I love that vintage look, it's all about elegance, the hair, the makeup and the shoes. I'm a bit quirky too sometimes and am experimental in my cooking style. I love taking traditional dishes and giving them a twist or a modern edge."[1]
