Lexy Rogers was a contestant on Season 11: Legends of MasterChef. She ranked in 9th place. She returned for Season 12: Back to Win, but failed to receive an apron.

Personality[]

Lexy was a nice and hardworking contestant. She made good dishes. She's also shown to be really creative (especially the stuffed burger). Contestants thought that she would make it to the Top 5. She got eliminated because she made a dish that was too simple and wasn't really a legend dish.

Quotes[]

Season 11[]

  • (After being eliminated) "I am disappointed to get eliminated. You know, the longer you're here, the more you learn and the more you grow. But also, I feel like I've come such a long way. I'm proud of myself because I have lasted a really, really long time in this competition and I feel like I've had to wake up and pinch myself every day. The experience, it's like a fast-tracked culinary school. To go through all of that and to get the criticism and the feedback that I've gotten from the judges, it's shaped me into a better cook. I am leaving here with a stronger sense of confidence in myself, which is going to allow me to really pursue my dreams, I'm just really grateful for this experience."

Season 12[]

  • "When I was here last, I was definitely an amateur cook. I was cooking on a budget, I cooked for my family and my husband, and that was about it. And now I have a small business where I cook for other people, and they love my food. And just feeding off of that has given me so much more confidence, and I know that I can do this."
